Does anyone have any info help on this lake? Not wanting locations just some help on color and depth range. Does anyone have any luck with flipping docks or just kind of chunk and reel? I have been there twice now and have caught a few each time just no pattern to it yet. Lots of bait fish and if your fishing in with the bait fish can't keep the sand bass off. Fishing for LM bass by the way. I fish the south end of the lake and tried the road bed north of the island this morning with no luck. Any help will be much appreciated.

E.M can be challenging at time but it is a pretty good lake. Just keep flipping the docks you have some confidence in and will pay off for you. These fish really never keep a set pattern for more than a couple of days so you have to keep moving with them. Worms, jigs and cranks are the best choice right now for me anyways. Remember that the bait is fairly small there so dont waste much time throwing like 10" worms or DD22 cramks. Keep it small and simple and you should catch'em. Good luck

Also, 90% of fish are on 10% of the docks

Tidwell77 is close to the mark for EM, However more like 97.8% of the fish are on 2.2% of the docks. EM is the Supreme Dojo for bass fishing, what you master there will make the rest of your lakes and bass fishing life alot easier.

Exactly. The pattern definitely changes daily, which is what makes it a tough lake.

Thanks for the info. I have kept it simple so far an moved around alot. I stay with the 9 to 12' running cranks an even the 6 to 8' running ones also. The first time out on the second cast bam fish on an I thought it might be something good going with a carolina rig an nothing on that set up since. Everything else has come on crank baits. Would a tube be a good choice for flipping docks? I haven't flipped docks much so that will be something new to me.

im not answering for Kevin obviously but if your asking why it changes everyday IMO it would be beacause its the nature of a bass. No day will be exactly the same. So what i have to do is go out with a opened mind, which is harder than i thought.

Mainly, it's because of the pressure that lake gets. EM has to be the highest pressured lake in the Metromess. I really don't scientifically know why it's like that, but if you're fishing a tournament out there...don't expect the tournament day to be anything like your practice.
