i know this does not have anything to do with fishing, but my dogs are producing heeler pups and they are expected to be ready to head to their new homes around end of october or so. the dad is a full blooded red heeler, and the mother is a full blooded blue heeler. i am planning to let them go for no less than 200 each. if interested, let me know, email me at onecutlawnservice@yahoo.com to claim yourself one. picture is not of the dad, but looks identical. oh and of course you wouldnt have to pay anything until you pick the puppy up.

yeah they definetly require someone who can give them alot of attention. they get bored easy, and when that happens, you better hope they have nothing to chew on. most of the time, mine must stay on a run line, because when bored, the red digs out, and the blue can leap my 5 foot fence from a stand still. awesome dogs though. they love the lake.

yeah i love my red, they are certainly clever. i had to place him on a run line the other day. i hated to have to do it, but he was tearing stuff up, wouldnt stop digging or jumping my fence, so i had to do something. then, i come out this morning, and he was mysteriously able to get unhooked as if someone simply walked over and did it for him or something. ive heard that after they are a few ryears old though, they kinda calm down.

What age Heeler are you looking for ? There are two in the classifieds for free. I think they are about 8 months or so.

Here's a picture of my Heeler - TAZ. He's a bit more grown up now, but he has to be the most uncoordinated Heeler I've ever seen. He's so clumsy.

Why is this in the photo section?,only photo I see except for rollerruks pup is some bald headed guy trying to look down a flatheads throat, try posting it in the non-fishing classifieds and you will get a lot more responce, that being said I have had two blue heelers and they are one of the best, most loyal breeds you can own,my first one was a great cow dog and was mean as all get out to anyone he did not know, the one I have now is scared of cows but loves to catch frisbees and is friends with everyone, but both of them were and are very loyal and just want to spend time with there masters, and dont worry rollerruk he will grow out of it,although you will probably wish lateron that you had his tail bobbed,I did not with my first one and always regreted it.

I disagree

He lives in Highland Village. I doubt the dog is doing much work with livestock. If the dog isn't working, you have no reason to dock the tail.

Healers look much better with a tail IMO. thumb
