Ok, looking for more info on this. Was at the dealer today and it seems like this is a non-negotiable amount (i.e. what is on the tag is your price, take it or leave it.). Is that what you all understand or is there still room for talk? What I finally got them to breakdown was the employee discount price and the rebate (on trucks/suvs). These two things make up their bottom line, listed on the window price.

Markk that's correct you get the Employee Discount then take off the Rebate. The only way you could expect to get more off is if you were to buy a Demo in that case you should get some additional discount for the miles. The red trucks that I mentioned in the other post do not qualify for Employee Pricing because they were originally ordered as fleet vehicles however if they did have Employee Pricing it would be higher than what we are selling those for.
