One of the side windows on my sons car is off the track I believe. You can push the window down by hand. I assume that the window has come loose from the bottom track and it is just a matter of getting some adhesive and securing it back to the track. I have replaced power window motors but have never had to do something like this.
Regulator is fairly cheap. I guess I will be pulling the door panel sometime. I hope it is not too big of a job, I am busy enough with work, dove, hunting, work on the deer lease, fishing, etc., & etc.

most of the newer vehicles you have to loosen two nuts that hold the glass to the regulator to remove the regulator from the car, there are several 10mm nuts that you take off. remove door panel, and pull window up about 3/4 of the way and use duct tape over the top of the door down to the glass to hold in place, loosen the two nuts that attach to the glass, and then remove the other nuts holding the regulator in,remove connector from motor and remove the regulator, then reinstall new regulator and reattach glass.
Thanks, that I wanted some idea before I started on it. I keep hearing about glass shops and special tools required. If that is the case my son can live without an operable window for awhile.
