Has anyone fished the timber around the Collin Park Marina? Also, how is the crappie fishing on the lake in general. Still hit and miss?

The timber has been very slow all summer. B/P's have produced better for me.

If you want to fish timber launch at Buck Creek ramp on the east side...Timber everywhere and lot's of fish are caught...

If you want bridges and BP's launch at Spring Creek on the west side...Two bridges with timber north of each bridge and Corp brush piles south of the bridges...Lot's of fish caught there as well...

Great lake and fun to fish when they are on...I think it's my fav crappie lake...

Fishing is good on RR.
Timber between 20-25' has been producing some good fish.

There is a possibility I may want to go and try RR tomorrow. Would you want to go? I see your in McKinney so that would make it easy for you to jump in my truck and head out. What part of MCK do you live in?

Oh wife just text me and said she wanted to go. Kinda suprised... She's normally not the type to get up at 5 to go fishing.
