My Guess is probably way off but
Bonham State Park.
Don't know anything about the lake and I'm betting that Stan doesn't either... But ya never know with him.

TRY=Trinity River. It also has 12 letters in it's name. The only problem is that it's a stained water, pitchin and fippin paradise, and they would not need to leave the night before to get there.....anyways, that's my guess.

Monticello! part of the TRI lakes. Not 12 letters though.. Cypress and sandlin are too easy. Monticello is too hot for bass to be anything shallow....
