Here is a email I got this morning.

The launch at River Legacy was never officially open. The Arlington Parks and Recreation Department is overseeing the construction of the launch, and they informed us about two weeks ago that some additional construction work needed to be done, and they felt for safety reasons, they should close off the launch until that work could be done. I do not have a timetable on the work, but please keep watching www.riverlegacy.org as we will continue to post updates when we know a potential opening date.

I went by today at lunch & they have been working on the area. They have built some nice rock walls to protect the new path.

Hopefully it will be ready soon.

I just got a call from the Arlington Parks & rec. They have removed the fence & is ready to be used.
