3 hunters on 550 acres is pretty good as well. Seems nowadays landowners are sticking as many hunters as they can on there. Another owner would put 6-7 hunters on that same acreage and still charge the same price. Seems like a decent deal to me.
I am not the owner, but I have managed this lease for a couple of years (have been on it with family for 10 years) and I hate overcrowded deer leases. I also allow paid hunters to bring there kids, spouses (no drinking buddies), etc..... They can sit in the same stand with the paid hunter and shoot off of the paid hunters tag. Hunting should be about families.
There is also a cabin with electricity that is available. It has 4 or 5 beds and a couch.
Seems like most people want at least 1 hunter per 100 acres. It has gotten to be pretty bad.
I also have 4 stands (2 tower; 2 double ground blinds) that can be moved wherever you like. There are also a couple of feeders with working motors that you can make use of.
Hey bud, I guess you didnt read the rules before you posted... This section is for buying, selling and trading. It is not a chit-chat area. If you don’t like the price of a product or service, simply don’t make an offer … and definitely don’t make a sarcastic comment to the seller.
