was on fork and got hung pulled my mini topedo free and got both treble hooks in the face. 2 on each past the barb. went to the doctor and got seven numbing shots in the face i think i should of done it his way. lol.

Ouch, the eye one was really bad.
I would definitely attempt the string trick, where you push down on the eye (against the skin) and then loop line through the hook and pull it away from the eye, parallel to the skin.
