Danny....
1. Load your photos to a site that will host them; I use photobucket.com. Setting up the photobucket account will be the hardest part, and once you’ve done it, you’ll never have to go thru it again.
2. Then upload your pictures to photobucket.
3. Once your photos are on photobucket, go to the page where they are displayed. Put your mouse arrow over the photo and right click, and choose “Properties.” A “Properties” box will appear. Select (by highlighting) the address or URL and copy it.
4. Open up the TFF post where you want to paste your pic and paste the URL there. Now just before the URL, type: [img]
5. Just behind it, type [/img]
Delete all text in the URL after .jpg. It should look like this:

Important note: I used an asteric (*), but don't you use it. I had to or instead of text, you would have seen a picture.
Submit the post. Done. The most common mistake is leaving one space after . That will kill the link. The other common mistake is not deleting the text in the URL after the .jpg. In the example above, the entire URL was originally:
http://i349.photobucket.com/albums/q397/rodrig45/SwanvsEagle1.jpg?t=1219111548But in order for the link to work, I deleted everything after the .jpg in the URL, so it looked like this:
http://i349.photobucket.com/albums/q397/rodrig45/SwanvsEagle1.jpgIf worse comes to worse, send me the pic via email, and I will post for you. It’s the least I can do for the lashing you got. 
