Hey, I have this boat stored in Friendswood and In dier need of a gigging buddy to go with. I live in Dallas but I usually fly into Hobby airport as my wife works for Southwest Airlines. I like to come down about once a month and don't mind paying for gas and ice. If you have a vehicle with a hitch or even a bumper ball, then I have the boat. I had another buddy but he has too many things going on now. Usually he would pick me up at the airport and we would grab the boat out of storage and then go right to the water. SLP. I would stay at his house and get some sleep. maybe go out again on Saturaday night and then fly home on Sunday. I am a non-smoker and just love to fish. Is anybody interested? Let's try it Aug 8th. Sean

I realy need to take care of one honey-do this weekend but its a very big and important one, but if you don't get any hits, you know I will take care of your Flounder fever.

Let me know straight away if you don't find some help. I might even just let David and you take my truck by yourselves if I get to busy.

Take care my friend.

Bert,

Take care of honey first. I am talking to others about a trip down, don't worry. David and I could go but I need to know from him if he wants to go.

Man it's hot in Dallas.

Hey Sean,
You did a good job building that rig. It really looks nice. I would love to help you out here, but I live about as far away as you do. I'll be at SLP starting Oct. 19 thru Dec. 1st. I may be able to help you then.

Hi Sean,
Me and the wife are going to Port Aransas 9-13-2008 thru 9-20-2008. I'm taking my 26' Gallaxy boat. Your welcome to fly to here and I can pick you up and you could teach me this gigging flounders. I remember using a big tractor inertube. Putting plywood on top and securing it with rope. Then we had a couple of batteries on top and those styrafoam lights floating around the tube. We were waiting around waist deep and we were using frog gigs and we speared a bunch of flounders that night. Anyhow, your welcome to join us if your interested.

Bert and Sean,

One night when floundering was really good. I started dropping a shrimp in front of them. (On a hook, of course) It was pretty cool to watch the feeding process up close and personal, then fight them back to the boat.

One more boat, we'll have us a CONVOY!!!

I'm ready for the party to begin!!!!

In was thinking of entering the star tourney so that when I come across a true saddle blanket, not just a doormat, drop a 8" live mullet in front of his nose. That way I can pass the lie detector test for catching the winning Flounder by a leagle method. Then I would sell the schintzty little boat they give away as a prize and use the money to pay of my real boat.

Shhhhhh. don't tell anyone about my diabolicle plan.
