you cook it? hmmm, might need to try that!
seriously, soak steaks for 10-15 mins in Italian dressing, drop em on the grill, takes about 3 mins per side. white on the edges, pink in the middle. serve w/ sides of your choice, but steamed veggies and Garlic bread are my favorites. good luck! -B

I am with Skeeter except we take the wasabi(sp) and soy with us and eat it right out of the water.
Anyone here fish the East Cape, Baja? I really would like to find someone willing to make a trip.

Its always best as sashimi. especially the meat right off the backbone. be careful because the big ones (120lbs+) have parasitic worms close to the backbone, just cut that part off and enjoy. ahi, yum!!

trlrman, La Paz, Las Arenas, Punta Colorada, Spa Buena Vista, Punta Arena. Flying into La Paz or San Jose Del Cabo. I used to live in Los Angeles and fished several times a year down there. Really need a partner who wants to go.

Love it blackened but rare in the middle over fried rice with a mushroom cream sauce. Remember super high heat and for short time on each side just to sear.

I like it with a spanish kick. Take a large ziplock on the trip with you. In the bag place diced:cilantro, fresh lime juice from 10-15 limes, roma tomatoes, salt, black pepper, 1/3 can of V8, 15 drops tobasco, finely chopped red/yellow onions. Take the meat fresh from the fish and slice it into 1/3 inch strips and toss it into the bag. Stirr it up and throw it into the bag then the bag into a cooler. Give it 3-24 hours and place the meat into a heated corn tortilla. Killer!!! I do this with snapper as well. It's awesome

hi. no question - the best way is fresh, uncooked - with a little wasabe and japanese soy. i have had the pleasure of this on the boat an hour or so after landing the fish. only take from the sea that which you eat that day! have a look at a tough day tuna fishing in rough weather: http://www.bragnrelease.com/forum/member_video_view.asp?VideoID=657enjoy. vando
