does anyone ever fish any area of the trinity? let me know. been wanting to go catfishing just not too sure where.

theres an area of the trinity near 114 and loop12 near the dallas irving line that ive fished. caught lots of cats and sandies in spring. havent been down there in a cple years.

I'm sure it's loaded with catfish cause it's not fished much. There is a consumption ban from the 7th St bridge in Fort Worth to the Hwy 34 bridge in Kaufman and Ellis Counties. If you wanna catch and release only, get after it. Beware, Pollution.
