I was reading an article the other day online about how underfished for Blues Ray Hubbard is.. The Texas parks and Wildlife said that they netted the lake a couple of years back and pulled up many Giant blues in the 60+ lb range.. The article went on to say that few anglers chase those monster Blues on this lake , mainly because of the boat traffic and PWC that swarm it in the spring and summer months.. I guess I will have to give hubbard a whirl this fall and winter..Could a record size Blue be roaming them waters?

i caught some "eaters" 25# 38# 43#

if you catch fish that don't fit in your box ... get a bigger box ... they all box fish

Hay Rat, glad you got the prop situation resolved. Don't know a danged thang about catching them big ol' blues. Think I caught one on accident though. How's the fishing on the vine?

in this heat, what would be the best approsch right now for a biggun'. tied up in trees, or drifting deeper?

Hey Jason---Good to see you got the prop issue fixed. You'll have to tell me how you did up in OKie land.

We recently had more luck at RH under the bridges. We tied up under the west bridge in the east end on the pylons by the riprap... if that makes sense.

It kept us out of the heat and with a light breeze--it was great.
