I've only fished the tailwater below the reservoir and like all tailwaters, it has got to be little. size 22-26 midges. You will have to play with the color to see what is working. Disco midge, 5-0 midge, things like that. I hooked and landed a double digit pig with a size 24 loop wing olive. Sight casted to him for about an hour before he ate it. Have fun!
