I'm surprised at how much fun that looks. I would be skeptical that I could run the batteries on RC anything for a useful enough period but it sure does look like something that could be really fun to try.

Those would be great for bank fisherman !! Are they legal for game fish ?

Godaddy.com is the host and they are fixing the problem about the form not working. The email works fine.

Regarding the legalities, from what I understand since the fishing line disconnects from the boat when a fish hits it's OK, otherwise if the line is fixed to the boat and uses the boat to drag in the fish that's considered snagging. Also using any r/c boat around any dam is not legal. Here's a good articile: MySA.com

Depending on the boat, about 300 feet. About the question "isn't that against the law to use in Texas?" I think if the line does not disconnect from the boat,(like snagging), but in the case of "The RC Fishing Pole" when the fish hits, the line disconnects and you reel it in, in my opinion I would think it is, I also remember reading something about that on in this forum.
