I am having pretty consistent catches trolling in front (to the south) of the island. I am using simple Academy slabs run out to about a hundred feet behind my boat running at idle speed on the main engine. Seem to get one on every 10-15 minutes. The trolling in that area may eat up my gas .... but on occasion I can catch a schooling or a boiling of shad and the game is really on.
