Fished two weeks ago and did great,Ribbitz frogs pulled over the lily pads as fast as you can reel ,got strikes that scared the carp out of me .We caught many 4-6 pounders

It has been awhile since I was there. The ramp at Crockett was fine for my 18' boat. At Coffee Mill the ramp was so shallow I had to have my entire truck in the water to get the trailer deep enough to float the boat. But, that was probably 15 years ago, probably changed by now. Nice little lakes.

Crockett Lake is an excellent little lake. We've been wearing the bass out on Spro Bronzeye frogs and Ribbits early and late, and sometimes all day on a cloudy day. If it's sunny and a little breezy, I'll throw 1/2 oz or 3/8 oz chart/white spinnerbaits. A fluke will do wonders as well.

Me and Flex know what color the fish just love. It's not what you would think of. There are alot of pads and alot of grass. You will have a good time. Don't be scared to go up in the pads and hit the hole's.
