Can a prop shop fix this. Motor is about two weeks old and I would like to get this fixed. If it was not so much bigger on one side I would just grind it off smooth. I think that would be a mistake leaving alot less material if I did decide to get it repaired. Any reccomendations around DFW?

that's just the front cav. plate. it's not really doing anything. i know it looks bad like that, but that would be something to worry about in the winter time.

and YES any prop shop can fix that for ya.

B&B propellers in fort worth can do it.

pretty simple job and should only cost about 75.00-100.00 to repair.

i've done a bunch of em' like that over the years.

p.s. DON'T GRIND ANYTHING ELSE OFF, that will only add to the repair price.

Thanks Steve, I talked to B&B and James Propeller both said they could fix it but James has a litlle faster turn around right now he said he could have it out in a day or two. I think I will take it over there just to get it done with.
