that's just the front cav. plate. it's not really doing anything. i know it looks bad like that, but that would be something to worry about in the winter time.
and YES any prop shop can fix that for ya.
B&B propellers in fort worth can do it.
pretty simple job and should only cost about 75.00-100.00 to repair.
i've done a bunch of em' like that over the years.
p.s. DON'T GRIND ANYTHING ELSE OFF, that will only add to the repair price.
