I played with them the other day at Cabelas and they felt great. I went back yesterday and the 3 or 4 they had were gone. It looks like a very nice rod for $150.

Im with jason on durability. I'd like to throw a good hook set on one and start cranking to see how that feels. I can live with the color if it is a superior rod.

Found a little place in Burnet, Tx (The Highlander) that has a GREAT assortment of Carrot Stix, Im tempted to stop and pick one up myself on my way back to Austin tomorrow. Just having trouble with the price tag though, I dunno.......

CARROT STIX e21 6 FT 9 " Med heavy & Chronarch MG 50 w 20 lb Segar Floracarbon, Texas Rigged
Well i took her out last night for the first time for our 1st Tuesday night tourney this year, put a chronarch mg50 on it. WOW, Is that thing lite, i think a total of about 10 ozs maybe. You cant believe how easy it is to throw and retrieve. Is so smooth as silk its unbelievable. 2nd cast, BOOM< SET HOOK, oh [censored], forgot to set the drag, scramble to set drag while partner grabs the net. 4.2 lbs 1st fish. Took the hook set real easy, just rod diameter has me concerned, its so small it don't feel meaty. but it was. About 50 yards down the pads, BOOM 2nd bass 3.4 lbs, same thing, the rod did its job, just feels weird to me. I caught 7 fish on it all night, a few dinks, all same thing, rod did its job, just feels weird cause the diameter of the rod doesn't mentally make you think its there. Hands get wet and gripping the rod feels funny too. I'm so used to that big cork handle i guess it Will take some getting used to. At this point, the rod did a super job i just wish it had more handle. Maybe i will get used to it soon. Went out this morning, caught 4 more dinks w dad. Still trying to get used to it BUT THE ROD DID ITS JOB, has plenty of back bone that i can tell, did a super job on flippin the reed and pads
PS i have been using all Falcon Lowriders

What is E21's warranty policy on the Carrot Sticks? I can't seem to find it any where, and I'm wanting to buy a few rods. Can't decide if I want to go with Falcon or these. THANKS!

Picked up a couple of Carrot sticks today. I picked up the 6'9" MH(C691MH-C) for my worm rod and the 7'3"(C731MH-C). Not real sure what that rod is good for. Maybe swimbaits? ANy ideas? Was hoping to use it as a senko rod. What I really was wanting was an 7' Heavy. They just don't seem to have much of a selection. I was wanting to get 1 more, guess I'll just get another C691MH-C.
