That's funny bowfin. I just bought a shoulder and a head of cabbage for tomorrow. I just mix my mayo with 1/2 and 1/2, white vinegar, sugar and some black pepper. If you wanted you could cut back the sugar some and stir in some crushed pineapple.Be careful not to make it to thin and soupy. I have my pork seasoned and sitting in the fridge until tomorrow. Can't wait to get her on the grill.

Use your own judgement as to quantities for your own taste:
Mayo
Sugar
Vinegar
Horse radish
Garlic powder
Has a killer taste and goes great with a Boston Butt

Try this one out. You can also add cucumbers or tomatoes to it. There is never any leftover when I make it.

1/4 cup red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons peanut or olive oil,
1 sack, 16 ounces, shredded cabbage mix for slaw salads
1 teaspoon salt
Salt and pepper

Mix vinegar and sugar. Add oil. Add cabbage to dressing and season with salt and pepper. Toss with fingers to combine. Adjust seasoning. Let stand 45 minutes in fridge. Re-toss and serve.
