Anyone live in the Sunset point development? I really would like to wet some hooks right there on the big pond or the creek running north from 423.

Hey Steve,

I'm in Sunset Pointe and am out there quite a bit. Me and a buddy of mine are out there at least a couple of times during the week in the evenings and then very early about 6 on saturday mornings. Let me know we can meet up there.
