I was at Canton Trade Day yesterday and ran across a guy selling these compact rod/reel combos for backpacking, tubing etc. I chose not to get one and failed to pick up a card or anything else. These appear to be great little rods that are spring steel with a coil spring as part of the rod. Entire length is about 12-18 inches. Do any of you know the contact info for this guy????????????

Yes they were kinda pricey - maybe $66 ea if I remember. They would be great to leave in the RV. We are going to do some float tubing in the LLano river later this summer and I thought they would be perfect. I ran out of time at Canton and was just going to see if I could find the guy and mail order them.
