Rude, yes. Waist of time, yes. There are plenty of web resources to determine the value of a boat. Just curious, but why do you care what the value is if you don't want to sell it?

You could post it here to get ideas as to what price to ask...just make sure you mention that up front.

Call Bristow or Tommmy Yetts , they might give you an idea.

DO as the other said. Also I would post several pics of the boat with a good description and say that the boat isn't for sale, but that you were wanting to get opinions on the value of the boat.

Since you asked, just tell us what it is on this thread. You'll get a range of prices. Take the high one, add 20% to it and list it... smile

I'm going to have to pass on making a judgment here. The Cajun brand is not too well thought of by Louisianians....and I'm afraid I'd be biased. If it were another brand ( skeeter, ranger, etc) and in good shape, I'd guess somewhere in the $3000-4000 range, based upon what I've seen locally in the classifieds.

I would say the 3k-5k range depending on the shape and condition of the boat..

I would think it would be worth more. If everything is good you have a nice boat. Break it down into parts. Boat-motor-trolling motor-etc..
I'm guessing somewhere between 8 and 10.

$10K for a 13 year old rig ? I wouldnt pay 10K for 13 year old Boston Whaler, much less a bass boat.

Only the engine and trailer matter. Used boats that age are cheap.
You can buy my 96 Skeeter any day for $10K...assuming I would ever sell it. Especially since I have less than that in it.

It's worth 3,000 to 4,000 if you had the right guy in front of you. I would take the 502c off. You wont get 10cents more for it being on there. Thats an extra $650 you wouldnt have to spend on the next baot.

Cameron, I'd look at www.boattrader.com and find boats comparable to yours. That will give you a better idea of what people are asking for the boats...

Dare you.
