Last time I was in there they did. As much as I love Academy, I bought 2 6600c4's there back in Dec. and went in Dicks a few days later just to find out that Dicks had them $5 ea. cheaper. Typical luck for me.

I've used ambassador reels sinse I was 16 and I'm 62 now. I use a ambassodor 6000 for catfishing

I am sure glad I got my abu reels before they started being made in China then. I have a 6500C reel that I have had since 1978 and 3 years ago I finally had to put it into the shop for some repairs. These are to me the best quality reel around for catfishing. Just as long as they have the clicker. My 7000C reel will probably last me for the rest of my life, before needing any work done to them. Which by then, they will go to my grandkids.
