I regret to inform our friends from the TFF community that The Bargain Tackle Box.com will be closing effective today. Rick Dusek as the principal owner of the company has decided to pursue other business opportunities.

It has been a great run that provided us with the opportunity to meet and service many anglers and members of the fishing industry.

As with any business that decides to close it’s doors, there will be some product that will need to be liquidated. I am currently preparing a formal process exclusive to TFF members to purchase product at liquidation prices.

I will be posting the process to follow tomorrow…so stay tuned.

On a personal note, I would like to thank everyone who supported our business by being our customer and special thanks go to the members of our Pro Staff and the continuous support they provided to our business…

Jerry just wanted to say thanks to you and Rick for all the help and support.I've enjoyed working with you guys and all the guys on the staff. I made alot of great friends and met some incredible anglers at the show and through the site.

Jerry, you did an exceptional job trying to make this work and it's a shame it resulted in having to close the business. You are a first-class individual and an asset to the fishing industry. I can count on one hand how may true friends that I have and you are definately one of them.

I have been out of pocket last few days. Thanks for all you have done and the opportunity to make a new friend in deed. I hope everything works out for you and hope to be seeing you in the near future. It has given me great opportunities to meet some exceptional people along the way and opened a few doors that would not have been available if not for you guys.
Remember, when God closes one door, he opens another. I have been trully blessed to have met you. Thanks, for trying to hold it together.
