Degrees that is! Had 44 good sized whites in the box at the end of the day. Maybe caught 74 fish including the undersized hybrids. The numbers would have been better except for the ever present wind. The trolling motor would not hold the boat in position and we had to resort to drifting with the sock. I even considered the hell-pet for a while until a hump was found holding some consistent fish (gravel pits).

I think that bridge is so high because of that Yacht Club that is on the Lake Dallas side, they have to be able to get to the main lake.

I wanted to go out, but the winds were too much for my little rig.

I have fished the Lake Dallas side a number of times and just haven't had any luck on that side of the lake.

Anyone else have that kind of luck?

JV4 NITRO, You have been having some trouble with your equipment lately. How is your 27c doing now?
Pappa, No the whites were not at the few spots I know about in the old lake.
Fly, Hidden Cove is a little out of the way, but the cleaning table is convienent. I like it better now that they let me in free because of my advanced age.

Well, I got the new head unit in from Lowrance, only find out it was my LGC-3000 antennae that was on the blink. Thanks to Champion Fish, I was able to use it on Saturday, because he let me borrow his LGC-3000 antennae, until my new one arrives. So, I'm on my third unit and now my third antennae. One of the magnets around the armature cracked in half and broke apart. I'm hoping it is inexpensive to repair. I haven't heard back from SW Parts, but I'm sure I'll know soon enough. But, I did get a new LMS-520C for my birthday, which is today
