My son and I originally went out to chase sandbass but with all of the waves and wind we couldnt find any schooling and when we did slab for sandies we caught undersized ones. So we got some shad and fought the waves for a bunch of channel cats along the jetty. Finished the day with 12 nice size channels off the rocks and tired from working the trolling motor against the wind.

Glad you and your son got some cats....Sounds like there was plenty of wind!

Yeah it was pretty windy. Its good to know that they are still in the rocks, I will have to get back out there and limit out again before its over.
