I would love to get some one on that Lake For The First Time.

I've never fished Fork in my life! I promise!!! And don't ask Mark Pack or Ronnie Parker, they make up stuff about me all the time! LOL

Sometimes it seems like I never fished it before when I fish hard and can't seem to get a bite, not even a dink some days.

Only once, at night, from a back seat and with a fly rod (seriously)...

I fished it from 7pm until 3am last night. From my results you'd have thought I'd never been on the lake before. I was surprised at how the wind picked up after it got dark. I really expected my spinnerbait bite to be better than it was.

Well I'm going to pick a few of you NON FORK fishing guys to do some " Days On The Water"

Don't feel like the Lone Ranger in a Skeeter.I hadn't been on the lake in about 6 months and was surprised at the amount of grass all over. Slow bite on my end too.

Never fished it for "real", we did for 1.5 days last summer and weren't mpressed, but we did go during the summer and weren't very knowledgeable about fishing at the time. Don't know if I qualify, but I would do it if asked(I'm only 17).

Fork was a tough bite this weekend. When we did finally find fish, people started shooting fireworks off and that canceled out the bite we had going. It was still fun and fish where caught by all.

Where is Fork located? Is it in the same vicinity as Knife or Spoon??

The fishing was OK this weekend when I did get out, the "TOE" limited my T.O.W.
But, we found fish in 22-32 foot among the timber on the south end. In good numbers
later in the afternoon, good size too..

I AM GOOD ON SLOT FISH CAN I GO!!

Is this for Bass? I rented a boat from Ricky's boat rental and tried bass fishing for about 30 minutes with my wife and son but decided to tie up underneath a bridge and try for crappie.

My son caught 3 big crappie plus a bunch more and my wife did real well also. I was casting spinner baits looking for a bass but no such luck.

Yeah those Stinking Bass.

I have a couple guys lined up for "A Day On The Water"

There first trip to Fork, this should be fun.

One just came down from OHIO, the other is a AWESOME Family man that fishes near his house with his kids. I can't wait to get both of them out there.
