Wednesday this week is best for me and i'll be calling the 'usual suspects' about going out.......... and just in case i wind up with any open spots, post up if interested in going

just count on a minimum of $800 total fuel cost for 12 hours if it stays @ $4/gal (split amongst all on board)

anytime the seas're predicted to be "1 TO 3 FEET" or less for 20 to 60 NM out, and bouy # 42020 is showing 3'-or-less, i go any day o'the week except for these tournament dates:

trolling for big game......... marlin, sails, wahoo, wahoo, tuna, and dorado

drop fishing for snapper, AJ, ling, and like is nothing i really care about, but i DO have everything needed for that and it CAN be done in combination with a trip trolling for bigger game IF the crew volunteers to pay the ENTIRE fuel expense and bait for the trip........

This weekend looks really good. Has anyone been out to the liberty ships lately? Or does anyone know of any other structures or wrecks they would be willing to share within 20-30 miles out of the packery? Sure would be appreciated.

we had a club tournament this weekend, friday and saturday, but the seas were real sloppy and it has been raining here since friday....... we were gonna go out on a 35' Bert and called it off

i haven't heard if anyone made it out yet but should know soon

it looks like it's gonna be at least another week before things calmm down enough again for me to take my boat out, but my invitation stands all summer thru september

Yeah I was planning on going out on Friday until I saw the report Friday afternoon. I hope next weekend will be better. Im gonna be anxious to try my new trailer to see how it does. I'm going to pick up a coastline trailer tomorrow.
