I'm going to be on LBJ for a few days next month, and I want to catch a Guadalupe Bass. Anyone ever caught one or can tell me what I need to do to catch one? Are they in the same areas?

Any help would be great

fish the rocky areas in the lower end. I shakey head or stand up jig head will work or a small crank, stick bait, or top water.

there's a cove that has plenty of rocks in it and has a feeder creek coming into with a few secondary points in it, its probaly about 1.5 miles south of where the llano and colorado meet will be on your right hand side, probaly caught the lake record but didnt think much of it, key = Rocks, i was catchin them on real shad grandebass rattlesnakes, on steep drops off of points that was littered with rocks

Agree with tim and Ag. Add a sworming hornet spinner jighead with a small fluke. Anything shiny will usually get their attention. Like everyone has said, rocks. The hump on the east side in view of the dam, lighthouse point etc. are just a few areas.
