You will learn more stuff FASTER when you learn how to tune. Its very "tricky" on your ears. You need to get a GOOD electronic tuner i use a small one with a microphone built in. It is all Whole notes the only one. Almost all "kiddie" songs are in C. Twinkle twinkle little star.... Learn the order Sharps. If you have never heard Holdsworth, you'll be amazed at the textures he can create. I don't think anyone is as smooth, and he can do that with lightning speed if he wants. Holdsworth is pretty much the master in fusion circles. If you are truly open-minded when it comes to music and are adventurous, I can point you to a few cuts that'll blow your socks off. Trust me---you'll flip.
