Bought a new primer bulb from academy, the one thats blue with a red end on one side and black end on the other. Does it matter which hose you hook up to the red end and which hose you hook up to the blue end? Directions werent to helpful. Thanks in advance.

Thought thats what the arrow meant, but i still hooked it up the other way. Thanks big mike
