Since the fishing is crazy this weekend, I decided to organize my gear and take a look at things piling up, etc. I have a ways to go but I'm up to 20 fishing rods, tons of tackle, multiple tackle boxes, folding chairs, folding tables, books, mags, etc, etc. And to think, I've been "buying" new gear, lures, tackle, etc, etc. All I had to do was look in my existing stock. lol..

It's an illness. I filtered my rods and reels down to 12. My tackle is down to a boatload. grin

That means your sense/money ratio is out of whack. You're in luck....I have some sense on sale now....3 complete rod-n-reel combos will cover the expenses.

I know of what you speak. My fishing gear just about sinks my boat the "Major Mistake" every time I go out.

Yet I keep buying more. It's a sickness, but a good one.

I have way too much gear. I just got through organizing SOME of my gear, and my wife comes out to the boat and about freaks. She couldn't believe the boat would even float! In the process of getting everything out because I pick up my new boat (to me) next week. But I'm afflicted with the bait bug.
