Burgers and Dogs for lunch. Went to Patman this morning and caught five 14"ers and will have them tonight.

Smoked this pan on the pit this mornin'...brisket, Echrich sausage, and weenies for the kids. I've already got gas. This is for tomorrow, always better on the second day.

(forgot to mention...if after a sandwich, you dont have grease spots on your shirt...you ain't eatin' it right)

Just ate some burgers and dogs. Going to lounge in the pool a bit then blow some stuff up.

Just preped a pork loin for the smoker in the morning. Also throwing on two racks of pork spareribs - will dry rub them in the morning. Also gonna make a big pot of Mickles Ranch Style beans and the wife is making some of her world famous potato salad....throw back a frozen margarita after din-din tomorrow night and all will be well in the colon-y. Will take pics of the finished products tomorrow.

Hmmm, baked 3 chicken quarters in the oven till real done. Pulled the meat and tossed it in a hot skillet with some bar b que sauce and onions. Kinda sauteed them.
Stored all in a tuppewear and gonna eat it for lunch at work tonight while all the rest of you are eating your scrumptious grilled goodies and shooting off fireworks and putting out fires.

cooked 6 racks of baby backs for the family get together today. Been eating on them all day !

Gotta lotta smoke leaks to plug - thinking about welding where the firebox meets the pit. I drilled and put in 2 extra sheet metal screws and that helped some. Drill and pop rivet with some high heat resistant tape between maybe?
