Unit on driver console powered up the other day and turned itself off while I was on the bow. Now I cannot get it to turn back on. I have checked: battery, fuses, measured 12 volts coming out of plug. What is the next step? This unit is only about 18 months old, bought out of the last run before the new models came out in Jan. 07. Any help is appreciated, as always.

call lowrance asap, see if they will warranty it for you.

Mine did the same thing last year, sent it in and 207 bucks they exchanged it out for me, know that don;t sound good but that my story, happy fishing

I had the same problem, I sent the unit back to lowrance, in 1 week they sent me a new unit, and my unit was over 1 year old!! lowrance will take care of you!!

ensure that the power plug is fully engaged..mine has a tendancy to slide down a little, and not connecting

Test the unit on a different power source. You can take it into BPS and try it there. I have had problems with Lowrance power cables not make connection.

one thing, if you send it to lowrance, they will charge you 160 dollars and if they cant fix it, they will send you a 520
