The Specs say 18.5ft but my tape measure says 19ft. I thought it was a bit wierd myself. I think it's a coast guard rating thing.

what is the total length w/trailer after break away tounge and motor down?

As far as speed is concerned, she'll do mid sixties on slick water. Probably a bit better with the wind at your back and not fully loaded down with gas and gear.

As it relates to length, I probably need to measure it again. I remember it being 24' on the trailer and about 21'.5-22' with the tongue swung but I cannot remember if that included the motor down. I will get back with you on that.

The length of the boat with tongue swung and engine down is just a barely over 21'.
