I was wondering if any our members had any experience fishing In St. Thomas, Virgin Islands? I will be headed down there on October 1st to an all inclusive resort. They say that they do have ocean yaks available so I was wanting to pack in some mid weight fishing tackle. The group we're going with has a few fisherman in it but none of us care much about the big charter rigs going for Marlin etc. We'd prefer to paddle the yaks out and fish up and down on the reefs or drop offs for snapper yellow tail etc. I'm sure kingfish and Dorado venture in close enough to reach in that water. Is this at all feasable down there?
