I was just wondering if anyone knew of any ponds or public places to fish from the shore. I have fished from the state park and kirkland area just wondering if there were any more hidden areas that didn't have as many fishing.

Thanks,
Dustin

From Google map...I found a little spillway dam near Hwy67 (AKA Hwy 377 and Hwy 84) and North Riverside Park Drive. It looks like a public place and look like a good fishing spot too.

actually that used to be a pretty decent spot, but right now riverside park is shut off for some construction reasons and that spillway over there is fenced off and people aren't allowed in there anymore. not sure why frown
