Anyone have any recommendations for a boat dealer in the DFW area? My wife and I are in the market for a boat and need some advice on what and where to get one. We want a center console in the 20-24 ft range. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I'm currently talking to Joe Ham at Advantage Marine in Sachse. So far I'm impressed with his honesty and business ethic. Not a done deal yet but getting close.....

If it were me, I'd probably go to www.boattrader.com and look outside the Dallas/Ft. Worth area...You can save thousands of dollars by shopping outside the area...You might have to go 250 miles away, but a lot of times it saves you big time...

Good Luck and let us know what you find!!!

Do you want, new or used? Aluminum or fiberglass? I have a dealer that is probably cheaper than the rest. Nobody could come within $1500 of what his price was. www.sartinmarine.com You will probably get the best price with him. He is maybe an hour from dallas.

Look at Mako or Kenner. Good buys for the money. ( same boat) Tracker owns them now, but there are other dealers...other than Bass Pro Shops.

Inspect a Haynie it has the best fiberglass work and best boat ride. I don't have one, but my friend does, unbelieveable. Buy the best and have no regrets.

Tommy @ Rockwall Marine carries NauticStar and they appear to be darn nice boats. Give him a call at 972-771-4442.

Don't know Advantage Marine but I do know Tommy Yetts at Rockwall. He is a great guy to deal with and will take care of you after the sale.

Tommy is a stand-up guy!
