Funny thing I heard about Iraqi Air. It is referred to pejoratively as "God Willing Air".

In the meantime, the Taliban, which supported bin Laden (remember 9/11 and those guys?), is still going strong in Afghanistan.....where the US should have been concentrating all of its attention and resources.

Well when I first read this I thought the same thing. 3600 to 4000 of our fine boys dead so companies like Boeing and Haliburton could get fat contracts without any competition. Usually Boeing loses to Airbus on competitiveness. My one and only natural blood child is sixteen. Normally I would say heck yes go in the military and serve your country. But not as a pawn for some fatcats money making agenda....

War is big business!

When a war starts companies vie for all the lucritive defense contracts, and after, when the rebuilding starts, everyone wants a piece of the pie! That's just the nature of the beast!

Afganistan is under control, media hyping how bad it is there and down playing successes in Iraq...what a suprise...especially with elections and all...ill be darned! The liberal based media wouldnt spin the news for votes would they??.....nah....i believe everything they say!

A: Yes. Saddam was paying suicide bombers in the West Bank to blow themselves up in Israel destabilizing the region. He is not doing that anymore. That act alone was an act of war against our ally Israel who we are committed to protect. Also his non-compliance to the unconditional surrender was sufficient reason to invade and remove him from power. We did not need another reason for the action.

A: Yes I remember those guys and they hid in Pakistan. Mr. Obama wants to invade Pakistan to get Osama and the Taliban so I assume you will be on board with that. Are you on board with invading Pakistan to get the Taliban? The Taliban will be dealt with.

Exactly what is your plan for the Middle East?

You have criticism on how the diplomatic and subsequent war has been handled and I'd like you to go on record as to what we should do now, with current circumstances, without looking backwards to place self serving arm chair quarterback second guessing and blame on Republicans.

*Currently my nephew is serving in Baghdad. I'm proud of his service. He volunteered to enter the Navy. While on a ship in the region he made the decision to get closer to the conflict and requested entry into special forces. He was accepted, completed training and now is right where he wanted to be, doing what he wanted to do, without reservations nor regret.

I would like to re-elect "Commander Guy."

I believe Obama said he would talk to Afghanistan & Pakastin not invade them. Like talking would do any good. The only thing he would have going for him would be his muslim backgroung.

Of course he flip-flopped again on Pakistan and at this point I don't know anything he hasn't flip-flopped on other than his grandmother. Which version of Obama is to be believed? The one who said it or the one who flip-flopped?

He will escalate the war in two countries while pulling out of Iraq. Why does everyone thing he's such a peaceful candidate?

Doesn't want us in Iraq, but thinks it's ok to invade an ally? Granted.....Pakistan is a weak ally....but it would seem that an actual invasion might tend to change that relationship just a bit. And of course.....we'd be invading a country that really DOES have WMD's.

By the way....please don't ask about Cindy Sheehan. If I want to see cows, I'll visit a dairy.
