Does anyone know how you make pictures smaller?
I have the picture open...go to Edit...and from there I have no idea. Can anyone help?

Depends on what program you are using. Photoshop has an "Image" menu, and under that "Image Size". Play around with the menus, you won't hurt anything.

If you have windows and office, then you have Microsoft Picture Manager. Just go into "My Pictures"...or wherever you keep your pics, and double click on one. It should open Picture Manager. Then click on Edit Photo, and a bar will open up on the right side of the screen. Click on "Resize", and shrink it down to like 640x480...or whatever works...I just like this size cuz its plenty big enough to see on a screen, and easy to email or post. You can also change the colors and hit "Auto Correct" as well...sometimes makes them look better.

Well...I know it's not photoshop. It says Windows Picture and Fax View at the top of the picture. It's a jpeg file...thats about all I know.

I honestly think it opens my pictures up in the PAINT program. I don't see anything about Picture Manager.

I figured if my dad and mom could use it ANYONE could. It took my 3 hours to teach my 65 yr old dear mother how to check email.
