Swimming pool shock and chlorine come in buckets with screw on lids.

Seriously, usually anyone with acess to pools has them. Pool company employees, pool owners, and pool cleaners.
That's how I get mine.
Make sure to clean it out good with soap and water to get the chems out of them.
