Oktoberfisch is closing in & I'd like an idea of how much interest there is in me bringing another load of cabinet shop hardwood cut-offs for firewood.
Seems like a lot of folks hauled in store bought bundles, sticks from home, foraged, or cut wood, and I ended up hauling a bunch back. I'm more than happy to bring another trailer load for everyone's use, if there's enough interest. I limit the cut-offs for firewood to: red oak, hard & soft maple, poplar, Baltic birch, China birch, cherry, and walnut. All free of nails, screws, and any finishes or stains.

I don't plan on building a fire but you know that group that hangs out at the far end (not mentioning any names Barry & Al) will need some.

Now Dave, you know it never gets cold enough in Texas to need a fire fer warmth.......it's just fer the ambiance , & a beacon to guide weary revelers back & forth to friendly sites

...and cooking on with Dutch ovens....yummy
