I'm the Park Ranger for the city of Plano. The pond at Arbor Hills goes dry every year by August. You might try the pond at Stony Hollow Park. You can get the address by going to planoparks.org. I caught 5 bass at Stony last week and they weighted anywhere from a pound to two pounds. Good Luck.
