Yup, Same as last post. There's some water coming over but its WARM! Saw 3 other fish floating but flopping around.
I wonder if it's the lack of oxygen or those cranes/HUGE birds picking them up for a meal.
I'm prob gonna take the boat out sometime this week.

Went on Friday evening to the Spillway. Totally down to the lowest possible stream of water...about mid-calf high. No fishing there except way downstream after the first rocky left bend where the water is about chest high.
People around the bend were catching some small Sandies, and Carp. However, plenty of small Shad running around. We caught some fresh Shad...went to the lakeside and caught some decent size catfish for dinner. Oh well, maybe next year we will go back to the Spillway when the water over flow again.

I heard people be catching ctripers with thier bare hads is this true? I don’t know...we got there around 6pm. Didn't see any fish surfacing the water or that you can catch by hands. It is even legal to catch fish that way? Cave man style I will say!

Water is down to about 3ft wide! The most HORRID smell EVER during the hottest part of the day.
I too have heard that hybrids/stripers are being hand caught. Hopes the GW catches them Red Handed!
