and don't forget the classic Jacob quote after the Gilmer hawg. "Daddy, why does Heath always catch the big fish?" That was priceless. rolfmao

Ha Ha! Who was your "guide" that day?

I'm talking about my shortfalls with crappie at Cypress, not bass fishing... The boys know I can lead them to the hawgs...

Matt and Rachelle had a good day and caught their limit fishing jigs on brushpiles in 10-18 ft. of water today. Fish were more scattered out today and had to hit several spots but ended the day with 50 nice keepers.

Heath,

We had a great time fishing with you on Saturday. Rachelle is alreay talking about wanting to book another trip with you. I couldn't have asked for a nicer guide and thank you for teaching Rachelle how to jig fish. Yes the fish were a little scattered Saturday but considering that Rachelle has never jig fished before and we still limited by the end of the trip, I think this was an exceptional day. Especially since we were the first guided fishing trip EVER.

Anyone wanting to book a trip with Heath needs too. I would strongly suggest Heath as a guide to anyone out there. This was an awesome trip and thanks againg Heath. By the way Tad was wishing he was out there with us.

Had Bob and his son Collin with me this morning and Collin put a whoopin on his old man. Fish were caught on jigs and minnows in 16-20 ft. of water. The calm conditions early this morning were a blessing and that's when Collin dialed in on em big time. I even fished a little bit and we ended the morning with a nice limit of slabs. Thanks for the chance to take yall fishing and I hope Tonto doesn't talk to much trash for the next few days. grin
