President Bush is considering using the antiquities act of 1902 to bypass all political and public processes to form large national monuments in our oceans, He has already declared 140,000.square miles off the coast of Hawaii, this area will never be fished again. Once the president has sighned this order it can never be overturned. Now he has his sights set on some of our most prolific fishing spots in the Gulf of Mexico, the East coast of Florida, Georgia, Carolinas, and some islands in the Pacific.
