Ok, I have no stake in this company or anything they sell. If you guys have seen this before just tell me and I will delete the thread, but I haven't seen it before so thought maybe some are as clueless as me. hammer

My wife found uncooked masa harina tortillas at Kroger the other day and you just cook them over a comal if you have 1 or a skillet will work also.
They are very good and remind of the real thing you can get in Mexico. I am usually so disapointed in the tortillas you get in most restaurants and have tried making my own with so so results.
Guerrero is the brand. She is going to make carne guisade this weekend just so we can cook these tortillas. woot

I think she may have found them in the tortilla section. They don't have much fat so not much need to refrigerate.

Wal-mart has some that are uncooked. I don't remember the brand, but they are very good.

Yep, they are near the eggs in HEB. They last longer than the cooked ones in the frig. I like them very much.

those are the only ones I eat, but they take time, I wouldn't get the skillet any hotter then medium unless you like them burnt on the bubbles and raw everywhere else. For tacos, fajitas, sausage, brisket, and especially guisada, nothing beats them. Guerrero is the name
