This post made me think of something Golden Ghost. If I remember you stated in an earlier post something about the State's line separating fresh and salt water was north of you. Even though where you fish it is mostly fresh water with mostly fresh water fish, if caught below that line it is Salt Water as far as the TPWD is concerned. You should turn one of those big Buffs in for a Salt Water State Record. It is vacant so you would have both the Junior and all age record.

Well, my scale is a very big glass fronted legal for trade Chatillon and only goes to 20 pounds. Not one I would want to mail. But if before you get your own and by chance I get a smaller spring type scale certified for larger fish, I will mail it to you to borrow for a couple weeks. Big "if" there, but you never know.
